NSSF Moves to Reopen Its Lawsuit Against the New Jersey Attorney General

In response to New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin’s use of the state’s “nuisance law” to challenge businesses involved in lawful commerce through frivolous lawsuits, the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) has re-opened its legal challenge against the state. The case was initially dismissed for lack of standing on the grounds that there was no immediate threat of the law being enforced.
