The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit issued an egregious, almost humorous ruling, as it relates to the Connecticut “assault weapons” ban.

The NRA, GOAL, Pioneer Valley Arms, and three individual NRA members have filed a lawsuit against Massachusetts regarding their ban on so-called “assault style” firearms.
