John Harris
John Harris is a practicing attorney based in Tennessee, but whose practice includes nationwide Second Amendment litigation. He serves as part of a team of attorneys who submit amicus briefs in the United States Supreme Court and in numerous federal appellate courts defending the rights of Americans that are protected by the Second Amendment. He has served for more than three decades in a volunteer capacity as the Executive Director of the Tennessee Firearms Association. He is frequently a guest on news and opinion shows as well as a guest speaker at conferences concerning constitutional and use of force issues. He regularly entertains speaking opportunities to address Second Amendment, Tennessee law, and grassroots political engagement issues.
