Fourth Circuit Adds to Circuit Split With Ruling Against Handgun Possession for 18- to 20-Year-Olds
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit just ruled against the Second Amendment when it opined against the right of young adults to purchase firearms. This creates an even split with three circuits ruling in favor of young adults and three circuits ruling against young adults.
