The world has their eyes transfixed on the Gaza Strip, and reports of the horrors of war are pouring out of Israel. The most evident thing that should be in the forefront of every person’s mind is that the fundamental right to be armed for self-defense is paramount. Just like there’s no atheists in a foxhole, I doubt there are anti-gunners in a subdivision turned war zone. Unfortunately with the horrific acts being perpetrated against our fellow man, comes political pandering and virtue signaling like none other. Garden State Attorney General, Matthew “Stuart” Platkin was kind enough to say, “Look at me, I’m doing something,” by sending out another heroic press release.

Earlier in the week we got some sentiments and lip service from Democratic Governor Phil Murphy, Attorney General Platkin, and for whatever reason Tammy Murphy, the Governor’s wife. Why anyone cares about what Tammy Murphy thinks is beyond me, especially since we can be assured her sentiments were not sent from inside her office with that overpriced door. Unless of course Murphy is trying to set the stage to appoint her as a Senator, should a seat open up, and wants the people used to hearing from her…

From a release from Platkin:

Since the terrorist attacks in Israel on Saturday, my office has been in regular communication with the FBI and our federal partners, the 21 County Prosecutors, and law enforcement leaders across this state, as well as community and religious leaders. It is our highest priority to keep the residents of the State of New Jersey safe during this time of increased tension, social media activity, and peaceful gatherings.

While we are aware of the call to violence against the Jewish community for tomorrow that has circulated online, there are no specific threats to safety in New Jersey. Nevertheless, law enforcement will continue to patrol sensitive areas – particularly houses of worship for both the Jewish and Islamic faiths, large gathering places, and our schools and other educational institutions – to ensure that everyone feels safe and secure in their communities. Law enforcement will be taking other steps – some that will be noticeable and others that may be taken out of view – and all out of an abundance of caution. We continue to call upon New Jersey residents to be extra vigilant, and if you see suspicious activity, please report it to your local authorities without delay. No information is too insignificant to report, and we take every piece of information seriously.

Notice Platkin going out of his way to give real solid advice. He warned of this time of “social media activity.” He also lauded the “peaceful gatherings.” Okay, Platkins, like usual, you’re making people want to barf. Just all stop. You’re a political hack and a puppet. This is more “mostly peaceful protests” talk from a cabal.

A real Attorney General with any stones would tell his people the truth. That while it’s his “highest priority to keep the residents of the State of New Jersey safe,” in reality the State can’t do so. At least not everywhere all the time. If Stuart had a backbone, he’d stress the importance of having an armed citizenry who’s ready to self-defend if needed. Rather, he just exercised his impotence.

If you’re reading this, you probably don’t need to be told that you’re responsible for your own entertainment and being armed is of the utmost importance. So send this to that friend on the bubble so they can see how the State is really taking care of the People by assuring that they’re on it like Chase on the case.

It’s doubtful the progressive deep state swamp creatures in New Jersey will ever come to terms with this civil liberty. Maybe they will, maybe they won’t. But at a minimum, how’s about not pandering to the peasants by showing you’re “doing something,” only by issuing another powerless/pointless press release.

The silence out of Trenton, the Democratic party, and mainstream media concerning the importance of being armed for self-defense is deafening. Stay safe out there! Be particularly extra vigilant – Platkin says he’s got our six!
